  • Reminder - Lakeshore West - Signal Issue

    The signal issue east of Appleby GO is ongoing. Repair personnel are working on the problem, but there will be delays of up to 15 minutes until the situation is resolved. Today, as a result of the signal issue, trains scheduled to begin at Appleby GO will be modified to begin at Oakville GO. The following trains will begin at Oakville GO: - Appleby GO 06:39 - Union Station 07:34 - Appleby GO 07:09 - Union Station 08:04 - Appleby GO 08:09 - Union Station 09:04 - Appleby GO 07:39 - Union Station 08:34 - Appleby GO 08:25 - Union Station 09:20 Further modifications and cancellations are possible.Customers at Appleby GO and Bronte GO can board the next eastbound train.     The elevator connecting the main lobby to platforms 1 and 2 is out of service. The station remains accessible through the ramp in the bus terminal.   • Street level access after station hours

    Access to the waiting area and restrooms is open Monday – Friday, 5:20 a.m. to 12:40 p.m.After the main waiting area is closed:To exit from the station building to MacNab Street, please use the walkway doors adjacent to the platform 1 staircase.

  • Elevator out of service

    The elevators leading from the station building to the south tunnel are out of service. Customers can access both platforms through the north tunnel using elevator access.   • Exhibition GO: Pedestrian Bridge Closure

    The pedestrian bridge at Exhibition GO, is closed for the winter season and inaccessible to customers. Please use elevators and stairwells to access the pedestrian tunnel for Exhibition GO platform and station access.   • Accessibility ramp is out of service.

    The accessibility ramp at Langstaff GO is temporarily out of service until further notice due to an operational issue. If you require the accessibility coach at Langstaff GO, here’s what you need to know: - Shuttle service is available between 06:00- 08:30 and 16:00 - 19:40.- Call 416-398-2222 and dial ‘0’ to book a shuttle.- Note: Dignity Shuttle services must be booked 48 hours in advance.- If you’re travelling south towards Union Station; prearrange a Dignity shuttle from Langstaff to Old Cummer GO.- If you’re travelling north toward Bloomington; prearrange a Dignity shuttle from Langstaff to Richmond Hill GO.- If you’re travelling to Langstaff GO; Exit the train at Old Cummer or Richmond Hill GO, to access your prearranged Dignity shuttle.

  • Platform restriction

    A section of platform 2 is temporarily restricted due to damage. A temporary fence has been set up on the platform to ensure your safety. Trains will continue to service the platform.   • Elevator out of service

    Milliken GO Customers: The elevator connecting the south of Steeles Ave. tunnel to platform 2 is out of service. Customers can use the adjacent elevator leading to platform 1, then connect to platform 2 through the elevators north of Steeles Ave. An update will be provided as more information becomes available.   • Temporarily reduced parking April 13-24

    Starting April 13, 2026, 47 parking spaces at Confederation GO Station will be temporarily blocked off to allow for planned maintenance and improvement work. · 7 spots in the bus loop lot. · 14 unreserved spots in the northwest of the station building lot.· 8 unreserved spots in the northeast of the station building lot.· 6 unreserved spots in the southwest of the station building lot.· 6 reserved spots and 3 accessible spots in the southeast of the station building lot.· 6 unreserved spots in the center of the station building lot.This work is expected to be complete by April 24, 2026 There will be no impact to the station building or platforms during this time. Customers are asked to please follow posted directional signage while on-site and use caution around construction areas.   • North Bus Loop Closed at Brampton Transit Terminal

    The north bus loop at Brampton Transit Terminal is closed due to construction of the underground parking lot. Temporary bus stops have been set up on Main Street. GO bus routes 31 & 33- Eastbound: Stop is located on the west side of Main St. N. – exit to Main St. N, turn left and proceed about 85 metres north.- Westbound: Stop is located on the east side of Main St. N. at Church St. E. – exit to Main St. N., turn left and proceed about 125 metres north toward Church St. E. GO bus route 37- Northbound: Stop is located on the east side of Main St. N., just north of the terminal – exit to Main St. N. and turn left.- Southbound: Route ends on the west side of Main St. N, near the terminal. Additional Information- Accessible parking spaces remain available in the main parking lot.- Work is expected to be completed in August 2026. - Please follow directional signage and use caution around construction areas.

    The elevator connecting the south side to the west tunnel is out of service. Customers can access platform 1 with a step-free path from the west end of platform 1 leading from the north parking lot. Platform 1 is accessible from the north side only. The station building is accessible from the south side only.   • East Gwillimbury GO pathway access

    Repairs have begun and are expected to continue until late fall 2026, to the walkway from the bus loop to Green Lane East, by the railway crossing. You can access the bus loop from the main entrance or the rail platform. This schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow yourself extra time to access the loop. Updates will be provided when available.

  • The elevator in the Scotiabank Galleria is out of service

    The elevator located in the Scotiabank Galleria is temporarily out of service.To navigate from Union Station to Union Station Bus Terminal:· Exit the doors to Bay Street.· Turn right, towards the intersection of Lake Shore Boulevard and Bay Street.· Turn left and cross Bay Street, continuing straight on Lake Shore Boulevard.· Enter the bus terminal on the left.To navigate from Union Station Bus Terminal to Union Station: · Exit doors to Lakeshore Boulevard.· Turn right, towards the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Bay Street. · Cross the street, to the northwest corner of Bay Street.· Turn right and walk north on Bay Street.· Scotiabank Galleria is located on the left, before entering the Bay West Teamway.
