About Rail Six
An independent real-time GO Transit tracker for the GTHA, built to make one thing fast: seeing when your train or bus actually leaves.
What Rail Six is
Rail Six is a free, real-time departure tracker covering GO Transit rail and bus service across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Save the trip you take most and the home page becomes a live countdown to your next departure, with platform or bay, delays, and service alerts. There's no account to create and no ads.
Not operated by Metrolinx or GO Transit
Rail Six is an independent project. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Metrolinx or GO Transit. All GO Transit branding, station names, and service information belong to Metrolinx; Rail Six simply presents their public data in a faster, more focused interface.
Where the data comes from
Departure times, platforms and bays, delays, service alerts, and fares are sourced directly from Metrolinx's official public GO Transit schedule, real-time, and fare feeds, refreshed roughly every 30 seconds. Rail Six doesn't estimate or guess — if a time looks wrong, it's reflecting what the official feed reported. See how Rail Six works for more on reading the countdown and status pill.
Free, no account, no ads
Every feature on Rail Six is free. There's no sign-up, no login, and no advertising. Your saved commute lives in your browser, not on our servers — see the privacy policy for the details.
